BLENDER RECIPES
A recipe that works perfectly in a 2-horsepower Vitamix can turn into a chunky, half-blended mess in a budget personal blender, and most recipe sites never mention that difference. Ours does.
Every recipe here is organized by what you’re making first, smoothies, soups, nut butters, cocktails, baby food, and specific diets, and then by which blender it’s actually built for, since a Vitamix, a Ninja, and a basic countertop blender don’t always produce the same result from the same ingredients. If a recipe needs real horsepower to work, we say so upfront instead of letting you find out halfway through blending.
We keep ingredient lists realistic and instructions specific to how blending actually performs, not generic steps that could apply to any kitchen tool. If a recipe calls for a technique covered elsewhere on the site, like layering ingredients for a smoother blend, we link to it directly instead of repeating the explanation here.
