  • Ice cubes
  • Various nuts (optional)

In any case, if the chocolate cracker isn’t available, use any milk or cream cracker and add some cocoa powder instead. Follow these steps to make your mouth-watering protein shake in the comfort of home.

Step one: Add all the ingredients

First, pour the milk into the blender then, the rest of the ingredients except the cookies. We will add crushed cookies after the sake is ready. If you are aiming for a slushy consistency, you could add a couple of ice cubes to the mix.

Step Two: Blend everything

Blend all the ingredients in the blender(without cookies) for around 30 to 40 sec. After that add the crushed cookie to the mix and bend another 5 to 10 sec. You should be able to see the sediment flowing all around, which looks so cool.

Step Three: Adjustment and garnish

Right after you complete the 2nd step, checkout shake’s consistency. Add more milk if you need to thicken up the shake. Last but not least, add some wafer sticks and a pinch of cocoa powder on the top.
